Young People from North and South Korean Families Spent Time Together

Getting an idea from a popular TV program, young volunteers performed a “Running Man” style program with children of North Korean defectors’ families in a traditional Hanok village in September of 2019. While they performed a number of missions, they looked back on the history of Korea together when it was unified nation. They studied common history of the Korean people and visited Bukchon Hanok Village to observe the historical site. A college student reflected that he realized through this program that North and South Korea shared the same history as one nation.
